The fourth Year-Plan of Tapestry covers the history of the world during the Twentieth Century and into the present. Your children will see how the "isms" of the Nineteenth Century bore bitter fruit. We will study the two World Wars, the rise of Communism, the Cold War, and a generation's search for the meaning of life apart from God. We will see how the rise of technology tempts mankind to believe what the ancients did: that Man is God. For tender-hearted youngsters especially, we'll study the brighter spots of the century as well. Daring feats, fun creations, and acts of heroism are also a part of the twentieth century!
