This page provides the information you need about our typical shipping times plus our return policy.

Shipping Information

There are two timeframes to take into consideration when placing your order: the processing time and the time in-transit. If you selected digital delivery of a product that is already available in our online store, you should be able to download it immediately, and you should be able to download it again at any time from your personal account page. All other orders must be shipped to you physically.

Processing Time: It is always our goal to process orders as efficiently as possible, but the time expectations change considerably depending on the season. We post our current processing window both here and on our checkout page.

  • We always process UPS expedited orders within two business days.
  • Currently, we are processing all other orders within four to nine business days.

Time in-transit:

  • Find your table below based on location (United States, APO, or International)
  • For exact price quotes, you can begin the process of placing your order on our Bookshelf, and it will give you the shipping option prices for your purchase on the checkout page (before you actually confirm and place the order).

Return Policy

We want to give all our customers the most "risk-free" shopping experience we can. For this reason, we try to make returns as simple as possible. In general, we run into very few problems when processing the vast majority of returns. However, we do need to prepare for the few extreme cases, and we therefore want to give you as much information as possible up front so that you can make the best decision for your family.
  • We offer sample versions of our digital products so that you can make sure it works on your computer and fits your family's lifestyle. Given the nature of digital products and the software we use to protect copyrights, we are not generally able to accept "returns" of digital products after they have been installed and "unlocked." (See our End User License Agreement (EULA) for specifics.) Please try our sample before you buy!
  • All returns should be called into our customer service department (1.800.705.7487) to review the criteria and receive a returns claim number to include in the package. Any returns which we receive without a claim number are not guaranteed to be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

  • All decisions regarding returns are at the sole discretion of Lampstand Press.

There are several criteria we take into consideration when accepting returns:

  • Time since purchase
  • Condition of merchandise
  • Customer's return history

Time Since Purchase:

We calculate this criteria based on the ship date of your package to the date of your phone call for a returns claim number. If this time period is less than six weeks, you will be granted a full refund (provided your return meets the other criteria). If this time period is more than six weeks, we may still accept the return, with the following distinctions:

  • We will charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • We may not accept curriculum units based on the printing.

Condition of Merchandise

The curriculum must be in resalable condition in order for to to grant a full refund. Customers are responsible for packaging well! If a product was originally delivered in damaged condition, that must be noted in the customer's phone call when requesting a returns claim number. If a product returns to us damaged with no claim number, we will not grant a full refund!

(Specifically for curriculum units: the best way to package opened curriculum units is to place the pages between two pieces of slightly larger cardboard, then wrap completely and thoroughly in plastic wrap.)

We will accept only one return of a Redesigned year-plan per customer.
